OPN Bible

At OPN Bible, our mission is to promote biblical literacy and spiritual growth by providing high-quality, free, and open resources designed to support local churches in discipling their members. We believe the local church holds the primary responsibility for equipping the body of Christ for ministry, and our role is to serve as a supplemental tool to enhance the disciple-making efforts already being carried out within congregations.

Our platform offers free verse-by-verse courses through the entire Bible, as well as foundational studies on church life, discipleship, and active ministry. These resources are available in various formats to reach both unreached and reached areas. While our content aims to foster a deep understanding of Scripture and spiritual maturity, we emphasize that discipleship and ministry should remain rooted in the local church. We encourage learners to apply what they gain from OPN Bible within their church communities, strengthening and complementing the work of their local leaders.

The contributors to OPN Bible are deeply committed to discipleship and embody its principles in their own lives. Each has personally made disciples who have, in turn, discipled others, underscoring the importance of relational growth in spiritual maturity. At OPN Bible, we believe that true growth in Christ is not about accumulating knowledge but about fostering meaningful, one-on-one discipleship relationships.

Our goal is to inspire and equip believers to engage deeply with God’s Word and actively participate in a church-centered, disciple-making ministry. We challenge users to wrestle with the Scriptures in ways that lead to transformation, always keeping their connection to the local church central. OPN Bible exists to empower churches by providing resources that help create disciples who make disciples, fostering a community that is both biblically grounded and spiritually vibrant.

Although OPN Bible is not an academic institution, we are committed to offering the highest quality resources, aiming to exceed expectations and provide tools that effectively support the church in its mission.

What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, without error in its original form. It fully reveals His will for salvation and serves as the sole, trustworthy guide for faith and Christian living.

  1. We believe in one God, the Creator of all, who eternally exists as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal, co-eternal, and share the same glory and power.

  2. We believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ: His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit, His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the Father’s right hand, and His personal return.

  3. We believe humanity was created by and for God. Through disobedience, all people have incurred spiritual death—separation from God—and physical death, becoming sinners by nature and by choice.

  4. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose from the dead to grant us new life. All who trust in Him are made righteous through His sacrificial death and resurrection, being reconciled to God.

  5. We believe in the Holy Spirit’s ongoing ministry, indwelling all believers, empowering them for life and service in Christ.

  6. We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people: eternal blessedness for those in a right relationship with God and eternal judgment for those who reject His forgiveness and new life in Christ.
